2.2 Registration Requirements

At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found active, all of them will be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

If any information provided at registration changes, you are required to notify the gtk99 support team immediately. Providing false or incomplete information will be considered a violation of these Terms.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

gtk99 may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents for account verification. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Transaction Authenticity

All financial transactions must be carried out from your own mobile banking account. Transacting through a third party is prohibited. gtk99 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the gtk99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gtk99 offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳28,000 gives a ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposited amount. For example, ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per account.
• Bonuses are for actual gameplay only — they cannot be withdrawn directly from the account.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, gtk99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be published alongside that offer.

5.4 VIP Program

The gtk99 VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP benefits are processed at a set time each week.

6.1 Fair Play

8.1 Closure by gtk99

gtk99 may close or suspend an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Providing false information.
• As required to comply with legal obligations.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. All pending transactions must be settled before account closure, and if bonus requirements have not been met, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
